Hello, I am Dr. Shyronda Pleasant, MD. I am a board certified pediatrician who has been practicing pediatric medicine for 15 years. I started my journey into pediatric medicine at Clark Atlanta University where I was a Howard Hughes Scholar. I majored in Biology and graduated cum laude. I continued my pursuit of higher education at Creighton University in Omaha, NE. During my training and residency I was a National Health Service Corp Scholar.
My desire to care for children from birth to 21 years of age blossomed into a career where I am highly respected by my patients and their families. My goal is to provide quality and top notch care in a compassionate manner. I strive for excellence and constantly stay on the cutting edge of pediatric medicine by maintaining and continuing my medical education by attending continuing education course in pediatric medicine, pediatric infectious disease, and pediatric emergency medicine. I enjoy my chosen profession and could not imagine not being able to care for my “babies.” I am a pediatrician that always seeks to answer questions and concerns that may arise.
